If it isn't measured, it didn't happen
Johns Creek clients tend to arrive with data - a watch, a scale, maybe a blood panel - and a fair question: what should I actually be doing? The answer is usually simpler and heavier than what they've been doing, and it gets tracked properly so you can see it working.
Every session is logged - load, reps, how it felt. Every eight weeks we look at the numbers together and change what isn't working. That's the whole method, and it's why progress stops being a feeling.
Plenty of Johns Creek clients are managing something clinical - blood pressure, pre-diabetes, a cholesterol number their doctor flagged. Resistance training moves those, and we track them alongside the lifts.

Minutes from Newtown Park and Ocee Park, and convenient to State Bridge Road and Medlock Bridge for anyone heading up towards Alpharetta.
Services
What Johns Creek clients train for.
One-to-one strength training
Every set logged, every eight weeks reviewed against your baseline. Johns Creek clients tend to want the numbers, and they get them.
Over-50 strength
Often started on a doctor's advice. Programmed inside whatever limits you've been given, with the clinical markers tracked alongside the lifts.
Strength for runners and cyclists
For the Newtown Park and Greenway crowd with a strong engine and no chassis to hang it on.
Johns Creek questions
Asked by people nearby.
My doctor told me to start strength training. Can you work with that?
Yes, and it's worth telling me exactly what they said. If there are limits on intensity or specific movements to avoid, the programme is built inside those limits rather than ignoring them.
Do you provide nutrition advice too?
Practical guidance, yes - protein targets, how to eat around training, what to do about the 4pm crash. Clinical dietetics is a different profession and I'll refer you rather than guess.
How do you track progress?
Every set is logged, and we review every eight weeks against where you started. Strength numbers, bodyweight if it's relevant to your goal, and whatever outcome you came in for - stairs without stopping, a pain-free deadlift, a golf swing.
